FAQ
Do I have to be home at the time of service?
No, there is no requirement for someone to be present for service.
What type of preparation work needs to be done before pressure washing?
Please ensure all windows are closed. Also, please be aware that we will need easy access to a working water spigot.

Will your chemicals kill my plants and or landscaping?
Of course not! Our solutions are diluted heavily for each type of job we do to ensure that this does not happen.

How is pricing determined for the job?
Pricing is determined based on square footage and or numbers of floor(s) within the home or business. The larger and or taller the structure, the longer it takes for us to complete the job. All pricing is first sent to the customer in the form of a quote which requires approval form both sides before the work is initiated.

What if my house or business has never been pressure washed before?
We are glad you are taking this first step in restoring your home's true beauty! Our state of the art tools and cleaning solutions will restore even the dirtiest of houses.

How long does each job take?
Each job is dependent on square footage and or floor(s) within the structure. In general, we strive for an annually cleaned 2000 square foot home to take roughly 1.5 -2 hours for reference.

Are services completed rain or shine?
Yes, with the exception of a thunderstorm / tornado watch / flood / etc. Sometimes we get the best cleanings in light to moderate rain!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and Venmo at time of job completion.

Do I need to have an accessible water spigot for service to be done?
Yes. We utilize an on-site spigot to supplement the water in our tanks. If there are not any working spigots at your residence or business, please let us know ahead of time and we will bring in our own water source.

Does somebody need to be present at the time of service?
There is not a requirement for someone to be present during the time of service. We will reach out the day before the job as a reminder of upcoming service as well.
